• Assign jobs to different parties (in-house employees, handyman and professional contractors) based on who will do the best job for the best price
• Cleaning pool surrounds
• Cleaning outside BBQ area
• Perform detailed documentation of the interior and exterior including photos

  GOLD

  Package Services- as Standard & Silver Packages plus:

• Arrival Clean including (up to 3 times per year)
• Appliance Check – Pre-season and end of season (A/C Units • Central Heating Boiler • Solar Heating • Kitchen Appliances)
• Meet & Greet (3 times per year)
• Monthly garden maintenance off season
• Pool Surrounds • Pool Furniture • Outside Kitchens and BBQ’s
• Fortnightly garden maintenance in season
• Car hire arrangement
• End of season clean inclusive patio furniture + storing away on premises

PLATINUM

Package Services – As Standard, Silver and Gold plus:

• Shop groceries for your arrival (groceries paid by client)
• Garden maintenance
• Minor repairs and maintenance up to R 1000.00 included (limitations apply)
• Pre-season or after season spot decoration
• Appliance annual servicing
• Fully comprehensive maintenance programme inclusive pool plant machinery
• Prepare car for your arrival
• Daily pool water testing and balancing in season
• Larger renovation projects:
  • Prepare preliminary cost estimates
  • Get multiple independent bids for the work
  • Act as general contractor overseeing the work
